Returns

U.S Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 25 days from ship date.
  • Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. 
  • All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, tailored or washed. We recommend trying on everything once received to ensure sufficient time to return items within our policy timeframe. 
  • All styles in the sale section are considered final sale. 
  • We have the right to refuse the return of any order.

How to Return

  • Please send an email to info@inreverse.com with your order number, style(s) you would like to return, and reason for return. 
  • Once your return has been approved we will supply you with a shipping label. Please include all tags and packaging and ship your order back following the instructions provided by our customer service representative. Please let us know that your return is on its way.
  • Please note international return shipping is to be paid by the customer. 
  • Once we receive your order, we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment  – less all applicable taxes/duties and shipping fees. 
  • Any return order that has not been approved by an InReverse Customer Service representative will not receive a full refund to their original form of payment, they will however be issued a store credit, less all applicable taxes, duties and shipping fees.

Late Returns

  • Any order that is received after the 25 days approval will be issued a store credit, less all applicable taxes, duties and shipping fees.
  • Any order that exceeds 35 days past the order date will not be approved for any return/exchange/store credit.

Receiving your Refund

  • Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be issued once the return is processed.
  • Sales tax for U.S will be refunded.
  • Please note: credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.

 

Exchanges

  • InReverse does not currently offer exchanges. To exchange a size or style, please return your initial order and place a new order for your desired item.

 

Sales and Promotion Returns

  • All styles in the sale section are FINAL SALE and will not be issued a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Sale items are considered any products in the sale section or any item with a markdown applied to the style.

 

International Return and Exchange Policy

  • InReverse accepts all merchandise for a refund 25 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unused and unworn with original tags, packaging, and accompanied by the sale confirmation.
  • If you wish to exchange, please return your merchandise and place a new order.
  • Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for international returns and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Our returns team will provide you with the return address.

How to Return

  • Sales tax for Canadian orders will be refunded. All other international customs and duties will not be refunded by InReverse. If you contact your local customs bureau, you may be able to recoup some of your fees.
