How does InReverse fit?
InReverse fits true to size and is designed intentionally for a more relaxed fit.
What is Charmeuse and Sandwash fabric?
Charmeuse is a luxurious, lightweight and drapey fabric that has been woven with a satin weave to create a smooth, shiny finish on the front. Our Charmeuse fabrics are made from a silk and spandex blend. Sandwash is a treatment process that silk goes through to give it a slightly more matte appearance with a suede-like feel.
How do I place an order?
After you have added an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to review it in your cart page. Here, you can see which items you have chosen, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. After you have reviewed your shopping cart, you may either continue to shop or proceed to check out and place your order.
Can I make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to update or make any changes to an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before the shipping label is created. You can then place a new order for the correct product once the order is cancelled.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships. Please note that any requests placed on Saturday and Sunday will be reviewed the following business day.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping for all orders $250 and more before taxes throughout the U.S. If your order is below $250 before taxes, shipping rates apply. Free shipping is offered for international orders of $350 and more before taxes. To learn more, click here.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 25 days once shipped. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, less duties, taxes and the cost of shipping. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, tailored or washed. We recommend trying on everything once received to ensure sufficient time to return items within our policy timeframe.
- Any order that is received after the 25 days approval will be issued a store credit, less all applicable taxes, duties and shipping fees.
- Any order that exceeds 35 days past the order date will not be approved for any return/exchange/store credit.
Does InReverse ship internationally?
InReverse offers free international shipping for orders $350+ before taxes. Orders that are $350 and less will be charged a $25 shipping fee.
Please note that any duty charges shall be paid upon delivery of goods, as these charges are not included in the original total of your order.
When will my package arrive?
All packages leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Depending on your selected shipping service and your location your package should arrive between 3-5 business days. Please note that packages are not delivered on Saturday. You will also receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email and can track the journey of your order.
I paid for Overnight shipping. Will I receive my package tomorrow?
Overnight Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive tracking information once the order is fulfilled.
Can I return sale merchandise?
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns for refunds, exchanges, or store credit for sale items. For more information, click here.
What types of payments do you accept?
InReverse accepts Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is authorized at the time of purchase and only withdrawn from your card once your order has shipped . All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
